FEES Terms and Conditions

3.1 The Owner agrees to pay all the Agistor’s fees and costs as set out in Schedule 2 and as may arise under the terms of this Agreement.

3.2 Agistment fees and costs start the day before the date the Horse arrives at the Property and continue to be incurred until the date the Horse leaves the Property. All fees and costs must be paid 2 weeks in advance.

3.3 Payment is set up via a direct debit system so payments will be taken out of your account automatically on a fortnightly basis.

3.4 The Agistor may Invoice the Owner for any irregular costs that may arise (e.g veterinary expenses, rug changes, hay rolls). Such costs are to be paid by the Owner within seven (7) days of preparation of the Invoice.

3.5 Interest at a rate of 2% per week is payable on all monies that are more than twenty-one (21) days overdue.

3.6 Fees and costs are to be paid in accordance with the instructions of the Invoice.

3.7 The Agistor reserves the right to make changes to fees and other charges upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Owner.
